All over the place really. I live in the UK, but I bought a lot of parts off Ebay and also a site called rcmodelimports.com. In the US, there is a nice online store called TheToyz.com which sell loads of parts for all different rc cars. The conversion is based on an extended carbon chassis from Exotek Racing (exotekracing.com).
